Since 1979, the Decker Training team has been helping individuals and major private and public organizations improve presentation skills and successfully meet other communication challenges. Christine Mockler Casper

David Black

  • Extensive direct business experience marketing products and services with and to major corporations.
  • Previous positions as National Sales Manager for two Fortune 500 companies and Executive Vice President at CFI; Sales and Management at General Food Corp.; NSM at Daiwa Sports.
  • Founder of Communication and Education for Industry (CEI) and The PACE Group (later sold to Sylvan Learning).
  • Highly-sought-after consultant and trainer in numerous arenas including customer relations, sales, communications, and marketing. In addition, David provides coaching in organization development, sales management, and leadership. B.A., University of Vermont.

Sean F. Kelly

  • Vice President at Decker Associates®, Inc. and a board-certified, licensed clinical psychologist.
  • Clinical professor of Psychology at the Harvard Medical School.
  • Widely published author, including Imagine Yourself Well (Plenum Press) written in collaboration with his late wife, Reid Kelly, and Naturally Speaking (The Wellness Institute, Gretna, LA).
