Managing Conflict Situations

Program Outline:

As a professional consultation program, we come to your business and examine conflict situations from a General Systems Theory perspective. We come to your workplace and meet with the parties (employees, groups or divisions) in conflict as well as the next level of management. We identify the root causes of conflict and work together with you to find and implement a solution that establishs common goals, and finds ways that parties with different individual concerns and wishes can regain a team approach to success.

All programs are tailored to each group's exact needs. The introductory group program is a one-day workshop. One-on-one or group workshops available.
