This high level program helps executives lead and motivate people to achieve the organization’s goals — via meetings, coaching and feedback, presentations, testifying to governmental entities, and the media.
Both experienced executives and recently promoted executives will polish their image and shorten the learning curve to become the best executives they can be. Extensive live and recorded feedback speeds progress to acquire the new skills.

Pre-Coaching Customization Includes:
Before coaching, we will talk with you and other appropriate executives to ensure we understand what is needed and will define success. We also gather information directly from executives via questionnaires and phone interviews. We will identify what they see as strengths and needs to improve. This leads Decker trainers to enter each session prepared to work productively.
