Motivating Employees for Peak Performance

You will learn how to manage employees so they work at peak performance regardless of your managerial experience.

You will see immediate progress as we address actual work issues you currently face or will face, such as understanding the difference between counseling and coaching, and managing growth amidst continuous change.

You will gain comfort and confidence leading others even in difficult situations.

Coaching also includes how to manage those whose motivation differs from you; those who can be defensive, resistant, and challenge authority; employees who are "stars," and those who say they will change, but don't.

The teaching agenda will be tailored to you and your organization via pre-course information gathering. You also will be given a short pre-work assignment to maximize workshop time for coaching.

Live and recorded feedback also will be provided to identify your most natural communication style.
