Teamwork is the ability to work together to accomplish a common goal. The best results happen when groups that are put together, pull together as a team. Decker's Quest for Team Excellence program teaches participants how to actively build working relationships, effectively manage conflict, and utilize personal leadership so they can lead others in achieving the organization's mission. Through challenging activities, participants in this one or two-day seminar explore how to identify the necessary skills for enhancing actual team performance. They will learn how to:
The Quest for Team Excellence program utilizes learning activities that help participants discover knowledge that can be immediately turned into skills. Feedback from seminar participants and the facilitator will be used to identify opportunities for improvement. Feedback and models also will be used to verify the benefits of applied skills, and time will be allotted to develop plans that participants can instantly put into action. |
